We offer in-person and remote online notary services in accordance with state and local regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you bring are complete and ready for notarization.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges.

4. Identification Requirement
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all notarizations. We reserve the right to refuse service if identification is not adequate or authentic.

5. Prohibited Documents
We will not notarize blank or incomplete documents, documents involving fraud or coercion, or any that we believe violate applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our services, errors in documents not created by us, or delays beyond our control.

7. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
